Venue:

Located on the 2nd Floor of the old brick building in Sihlcity, which was once a paper factory, the Papiersaal is now a well-known venue for conferences and concerts. Google Maps

 

Arrival:

Sihlcity, a popular area for shopping, dining, and entertainment, is conveniently located so that you can arrive by public or private transportation.

By train from Zurich main station:

Take the S-Bahn train S4 to railway station “Saalsporthalle”, which is located adjacent to the Sihlcity.

By tram:

Take tram lines 5, 13, or 17 to tram stop “Sihlcity Nord”.

By car:

There is a multilevel public parking garage on the south side of the Sihlcity shopping mall. To reach the Papiersaal, you must cross through the shopping mall. When you exit on the other side, the venue is immediately to your left.

If you wish to attend the Latin America Day, please have your office contact us regarding special arrangements for Embassy limousines (underground access).

Registration deadline and cancellation policy:

Registration deadline is September 3, 2025, 12.00 (noon).

For cancellations latest by September 3, 2025, 12.00 (noon), there will be a full reimbursement after the event. Please send cancellations to admin@latcam.ch.

In case you become unavailable at short notice, you may send a substitute. Please notify us by email (participant’s name, organization) to admin@latcam.ch. Only registered persons will be admitted.

For cancellations without substitute after the deadline, there will be no reimbursement!
