Our Program:
The Welcome Desk opens at 9.30.
The AGM starts at 10.30.
Voting members are kindly requested to arrive ahead of time to get registered and receive their voting slip. We cannot guarantee that you can vote in case of late arrival.
A networking aperitif will be served at 11.15.
The seated luncheon begins at 12.00 and is scheduled to end at 14.15.

Important for voting members:
If you are unable to attend the AGM personally, you are welcome to appoint a substitute. In that case, please let us know as soon as possible to whom to send the AGM documentation. Your substitute must register by using the same link.
Our corporate members abroad and others who are not able to assist personally or send a substitute, are welcome to vote by correspondence. Please send back the “voting by correpondence” form, which you will receive with the AGM documentation, to admin@latcam.ch latest by May 6, 2026.
Arrival:
The Zunfthaus zur Saffran is conveniently located on the Limmat river bank, approximately 12 minutes walking from the central train station. Tram lines 4 and 15 stop at “Rathaus”, next to our venue. Unlimited parking is available at parking lots “Hohe Promenade” or “Urania”. Both are located at short walking distance from our venue.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation deadline is May 6, 2026, at 12.00 noon by email to admin@latcam.ch.
The participation fee cannot be refunded in case of no-shows or late cancellations without substitute.
